A-BELLE DESIGN AND BUILD LLC (License: L22000209859) provides all phases of construction project management services to contractors and homeowners across Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Northern Pinellas, and North Western Hillsborough Counties.
Projects range from simple Professional Engineer Services (EORs and addendum letters, 3rd party inspections) to site development and building of single family homes, multi-million dollar builds, remodels and additions, and commercial build outs. Building plans from single sheet addendums to full set permit-ready plans.
We offer all phases of construction project management services to contractors. For homeowners, we provide complete project management including handyman services that require an owner builder to obtain approval of existing construction that requires engineering approval.
We maintain working relationships with quality tradesmen for all phases of construction and accounts with building supply houses to ensure efficient project execution.

I've been in the building industry for 25+ years. Project Manager/Superintendent since 2001. Carpenter/Framer by trade. With hands-on experience in all other trades involved in the construction of large custom homes, semi customs, site development of single lots and subdivisions, master planned communities, remodels and additions, commercial build outs, and multi-story family construction.
I handle drafting of plans using AutoCAD, utilizing years of trade knowledge and wisdom while keeping up with the evolving times and learning new products and techniques. I work with an engineer for permit-ready plans, EOR letters, addendums, and 3rd party inspections.
