Construction Project Management Services
All phases of construction project management for contractors and homeowners. From single family homes to multi-million dollar builds, remodels, additions, and commercial build outs.
Start the ConversationEvery Phase, From Dirt to Turnkey
We offer all phases of construction project management services to contractors. For homeowners, we provide complete project management including handyman services that require an owner builder to obtain approval of existing construction that requires engineering approval.
Projects range from simple Professional Engineer Services (EORs, addendum letters, 3rd party inspections) to site development, single family homes, multi-million dollar builds, remodels and additions, and commercial build outs. We maintain working relationships with quality tradesmen for all phases of construction and accounts with building supply houses.
Who Benefits From Project Management
For General Contractors
The Challenge:
You have several jobs running at once, a different set of subs on each one, and paperwork spread across three trucks and a job trailer. Something falls through a crack and the schedule slips.
How We Help:
We take the documentation and the schedule off your plate and keep the pre-construction work moving, so you can stay on the jobs that need you.
For Developers
The Challenge:
You have money and a deadline riding on this, and people asking you where it stands. What you do not have is time to chase every trade for an answer.
How We Help:
You get regular progress reports from someone who was on the site that week, so when somebody asks where the job stands, you already know.
For Property Owners
The Challenge:
You are building or renovating, you have a day job, and you are being asked to make calls on things nobody has ever explained to you.
How We Help:
We act as your advisor on the build. We read the proposals before you sign them, watch the schedule, check that what got built matches what was drawn, and speak up when it does not.

Projects We Manage
New Residential Construction
Ground-up home construction requires coordination across dozens of trades, multiple inspections, and extensive documentation.
Typical scope: 1,500-5,000 SF homes, custom and spec builds
Small Commercial Builds
A small commercial job has all the same coordination headaches as a big one, with a lot less room to absorb a mistake.
Typical scope: Retail build-outs, office improvements, professional spaces
Tenant Improvements
Tenant improvements require fast execution, minimal disruption, and coordination with landlords and existing building systems.
Typical scope: Office build-outs, retail fit-ups, restaurant improvements
Major Renovations
Renovations are inherently unpredictable. Hidden conditions and scope creep can derail timelines and budgets.
Typical scope: Whole-home renovations, commercial modernization
Why A-BELLE for Project Management
We Know the Permit Offices
Florida Building Code is one thing. Knowing how Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, and Pinellas each want it submitted is another, and that is the part that costs people weeks.
We Work With GCs, Not Around Them
We support general contractors. We do not undermine them. When a GC needs an extra set of hands, we slot into his team and he keeps the contract.
Everything Gets Written Down
Most of the arguments at the end of a job come down to what nobody wrote down at the time. We keep the records so those conversations stay short.
We Have Done the Work
We have been on job sites for 25 years. We know how a build actually goes together, so the oversight is practical instead of theoretical.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a project manager and a general contractor?
The general contractor holds the construction contract and runs the trades directly. A project manager handles coordination, oversight, and documentation, either working alongside the GC or on behalf of the owner. We are not competing with GCs. A good share of our work comes from them.
Do you provide project management for residential projects?
Yes. New home construction, major renovations, and additions. People tend to think project management is a commercial thing, but a house has the same trades, the same inspections, and the same paperwork. It just has fewer people watching them.
How much does construction project management cost?
Project management fees typically range from 3-8% of construction cost, depending on project complexity, duration, and scope of services. We provide fixed-fee proposals based on your specific project requirements.
