A-BELLE Design and Build LLC operates this website. This policy describes what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form or an engineering services inquiry, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and whatever project details you choose to include in your message. We collect this because it is the only way to respond to you. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details through the website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you view, the approximate region you connect from, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or search that referred you. This is collected through Google Analytics and through our hosting provider’s standard server logs. It is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow or broken. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to distinguish one visit from another. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers beyond that. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will continue to work normally. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; there is no agreed industry standard for honoring it, so we simply keep our tracking limited to what is described here.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, prepare an estimate or proposal, coordinate permitting and engineering work, and keep a record of the project. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about an inquiry you started. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not send bulk promotional email.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our work function, and only to the extent they need it: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers the email generated by the contact form, and Google Analytics processes site usage data. On an active project, we may share relevant project details with the engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and permit offices required to complete your work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our business email account. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records tied to an actual project are retained for the period required for construction, permitting, warranty, and tax purposes under Florida law. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or payment card numbers through the website contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you and we will. To make any of these requests, use the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for it.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for property owners, contractors, and industry partners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
